If you believe you've received a faulty product or the wrong size or item, we're here to make it right!

If you received a wrong or faulty item, please submit a Return Request through our Returns Portal.

Please ensure you submit clear photos of the wrong product or the fault to help us review the issue. You may choose a replacement or opt for a refund, store credit, or a different item.

Your request will go under review and you'll be notified once your return has been approved. A paid postage label will be provided for Australia, NZ, US and Canada.

We apologise for any inconvenience and will make sure to correct any errors as promptly as possible.
