Our website states in the shipping information section that our International Shipping option is DDU, which means it’s delivered with duties and taxes unpaid, the rate covers transport costs only and does not cover import liabilities, customs duties, or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

We advise that you check with your local customs department to find out if taxes will apply to your order. 

If you do not wish to pay these charges your parcel may be returned to sender, where we can then reship or refund your order.

Exotica will not mark your package as a "sample" or "gift" to avoid these taxes.
